아트퀘이크(Artquake) 개인정보처리방침
㈜에스지엔터테크(이하 "회사")는 모바일 게임 아트퀘이크(Artquake)(Android 패키지명: com.sgentertech.artquake, 이하 "앱")를 제공하면서 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수하며, 이용자의 개인정보가 어떻게 수집·이용·제공되는지 다음과 같이 안내합니다.
1. 회원가입 및 회사 서버
앱은 별도의 회원가입이나 로그인 계정을 요구하지 않으며, 회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 저장하는 자체 서버를 운영하지 않습니다. 게임 진행 기록과 설정은 기본적으로 이용자의 기기 안에만 저장됩니다. 다만 아래 2항의 기능을 이용하는 경우, 해당 서비스를 제공하는 Google(또는 Apple)이 관련 정보를 처리합니다.

회사는 위 서비스 제공자로부터 이용자를 식별할 수 있는 개인정보를 별도로 전달받거나 저장하지 않습니다. 각 서비스의 처리 방식은 해당 사업자의 방침을 따릅니다.

3. 개인정보의 국외 이전
2항의 광고·결제·게임 서비스 이용 과정에서 정보가 Google LLC(미국) 또는 Apple Inc.(미국)의 서버로 이전·보관될 수 있습니다. 이전은 앱 이용 시 네트워크를 통해 이루어지며, 각 사업자의 방침에 따라 보관됩니다. 이용자는 아래 6항의 방법으로 이전을 거부할 수 있으나, 이 경우 해당 기능(맞춤형 광고, 클라우드 저장, 순위표)을 이용할 수 없습니다.
4. 보유 및 이용 기간
- 기기 내 저장 정보: 앱을 삭제하거나 앱의 [설정 → 진행 기록 초기화]를 실행할 때까지 보관됩니다.
- 클라우드 저장·리더보드 정보: 이용자가 Google Play 게임즈(또는 Game Center) 설정에서 삭제할 때까지 해당 사업자가 보관합니다.
- 광고·결제 관련 정보: 각 사업자의 방침 및 관련 법령(전자상거래법 등)에 따른 기간 동안 보관됩니다.
5. 아동의 개인정보
앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 주 대상으로 하지 않으며, 회사는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.
6. 이용자의 권리와 행사 방법
- 맞춤형 광고 거부: Android [설정 → Google → 광고]에서 광고 ID를 삭제하거나 재설정할 수 있습니다. iOS는 [설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 추적]에서 설정할 수 있습니다.
- 게임 데이터 삭제: 앱의 [설정 → 진행 기록 초기화]로 기기와 클라우드의 진행 기록을 초기화할 수 있습니다. Google Play 게임즈에 저장된 정보는 Play 게임즈 앱의 설정에서 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- 구매 내역: 결제 및 환불은 Google Play(또는 App Store)의 정책에 따릅니다.
- 그 밖에 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지 요청은 아래 7항의 연락처로 해 주시면 지체 없이 조치하겠습니다.

8. 방침의 변경
이 방침은 시행일자부터 적용되며, 내용이 추가·삭제·변경되는 경우 시행 7일 전부터 이 페이지를 통해 알립니다.
Artquake Privacy Policy
SG Entertech Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") provides the mobile game Artquake (Android package: com.sgentertech.artquake, the "App"). This policy explains what information is processed when you use the App, why, and by whom.
1. No account, no company server
The App does not require registration or a login account, and we do not run our own servers that store your personal information. Your game progress and settings are stored on your device by default. When you use the features in Section 2, the providers of those services (Google, or Apple on iOS) process the related information.

We do not receive or store personally identifying information from these providers. Their processing is governed by their own policies:

3. International transfers
Information handled by the services in Section 2 may be transferred to and stored on servers of Google LLC or Apple Inc. in the United States. You can limit this using the options in Section 6, but some features (personalized ads, cloud save, leaderboards) will then be unavailable.
4. Retention
- On-device data: kept until you delete the App or use Settings → Reset progress in the App.
- Cloud save and leaderboard data: kept by the provider until you delete it in Google Play Games (or Game Center) settings.
- Advertising and purchase data: kept by the providers according to their policies and applicable law.
5. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
6. Your choices and rights
- Personalized ads: On Android, delete or reset your advertising ID in Settings → Google → Ads. On iOS, use Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. In regions where consent is required, the App asks for your choice at launch.
- Deleting game data: Settings → Reset progress in the App resets your progress on the device and in the cloud. Data stored by Google Play Games can be deleted in the Play Games app settings.
- Purchases: Payments and refunds follow Google Play (or App Store) policies.
